The Camden Marching Band Brings home 8 awards

The Camden Marching Band competed in two competitions this weekend. They first started off preforming at Huntingdon, TN at 11:00 in the morning. They brought home trophies for the following places:

• 1st place Band in Class CChot smiley
• 1st place Percussion in Class CChot smiley
• 2nd place Drummer Major in Class CChot smiley
• 3rd place Overall Percussion in Division 1hot smiley
• 1st place High Music in Division 1hot smiley

Then then left for Dyersburg at 12:00 to preform there. They brought home the following trophies for the these place:

• Participation Awardhot smiley
• 2nd place Band in Classhot smiley
• 2nd place Guard in Division hot smiley

The parent and Band members are grateful for the communities support at games and competitions. It means a lot the the kids to know that they have your backing. To the Band members: We are very proud of you for your hard work that you have put forth. Keep up the good workthumbs up and good luck the rest of the season.
